These letters will get you started on the right foot and give the elf a good send-off.
***NEW IN 2023: I have uploaded versions of letters that include elf pictures with Black elves. Sorry there aren't photos; but they basically look the same as the originals. Click the link under each applicable letter.
*NEW in '22:* When you get a letter personalized (click the image to your right), you can choose whether you want a Black or white elf to appear on letters wherever a picture of an elf appears.
Read them carefully to make sure you get the letter you want. Pay special attention to which letters mention whether elves already know the kids or not. Remember, some of these can be personalized by me.
I did these every year, but now that I have about 4-5 years' worth, I probably will not be making any more.
Arrival Letters: For Elves New to You
The typo in the first line has since been corrected! Whoops...if I gave you a letter at some point with the "the" in the wrong place, I am quite terribly sorry.
This letter is an old one, but people still download it. No personalization is available, but you can print it and fill it in if you like.
This is a grace-based introduction to the elf. There's no naughty or nice list because Santa brings presents no matter what, just like Jesus died for us no matter what. If you opt for that route, use this letter.
Arrival Letters: For Elves Who Have Been To Your House Before
This is one of my favorite letters. Finally, it is available without typos!
This one has snowflakes. For returning elves only. It's the second in the download.
So you've seen the grace-based explanation of things and you're thinking, hey, that's a good idea! If you want to introduce that concept with your elves who already know you, use this letter.
Simply put. I'm not offering personalization for this one, but you can print and fill in.
This letter comes in a bundle with the goodbye letter of the same type. If you get it personalized, you will get both whether you use them both or not. It's the first letter in the download.
Goodbye Letters
This is the first letter in the download. This one has the elf say goodbye on Christmas Day.
Beware of the typo here...I'll have to redo this
These come together; use one or both. There's a bonus letter where the elf comes back with cookies on Christmas morning.
This letter comes in a bundle with the arrival letter of the same type. If you get it personalized, you will get both whether you use them both or not.
